Fat Daddy's makes all food fresh everyday... our beef is all natural grass fed from Maui Cattle Co... we smoke all meats with kiawe wood soaked in beer for at least 10 hours daily... all sides are prepared by the owners and salads are all fresh maui ingredients...Fat Daddy's is a small family restaurant with big attitude, we provide an atmosphere that is funky but fun for everyone, we also provide a full bar for our dine in customers who would like to enjoy a cocktail or an ice cold beer with their meal.

Fat Daddy's Maui also caters any items off our menu or will be happy to custamize a menu spaceficaly for your party.  or interested in private group parties, ask about restaurant buyout specials
